Fees for master plans and garden designs are individually estimated after a visit to your site. Average fees for a master plan in the Cincinnati area usually range between $1,200.00 and $3,000.00. This fee could be less or more depending on the size and scope of your design project and the necessity of generating construction documents. You will be presented with a design contract and asked for a deposit before work begins.

Designs for spot areas of your landscape (i.e. flower bed, island bed, garden pathway, perennial bed, etc.) usually range between $200.00 and $500.00 again depending on the size and scope of the spot area to be designed.

Project Management fees will be charged at 18% of the total project fee.
