Michael believes the goal of project management is to secure the best contractors and craftsmen for any project and then insure that the work progresses without unnecessary delay.  The contractors Michael brings to your project are insured, experienced tradesmen. Michael directs all phases of the contracted project, including collecting payments and contracts.

Michael communicates design intent to all contractors working on the project by painting out lines, borders, locations of structures, and placement of other landscape elements. He visits the property frequently during construction and supervises the progress of the installation. The visits and observation allow Michael to become familiar with the work in progress and to determine if the work is proceeding in accordance with the design plan. Michael keeps you informed about the progress of the work. He fields any communications, payments, or issues between you and any hired contractor on the project.

Consultation
Individualized on-site consultation is available to any client who does not desire a fully developed landscape plan but who would like tips and ideas about how to solve landscape problems or create their own garden. The standard hourly rate applies to all on site consultations.
