Initial consultation – Michael will view your site, obtain your input with the aid of photos, surveys and general lifestyle questions. Design challenges, needs, and your desires/ideas established here. |

Site analysis – Michael will take initial photographs of your property (from inside house and outside), measure property, and plot out remaining structures and plant material. A current property survey from a licensed land surveyor is necessary for all master plan projects. |

Conceptual design phase – Michael will research design needs/ specifications, Draft first conceptual landscape design and present draft to you using sketched overlays. Conceptual Phase will continue until you and Michael have agreed that the plan is complete and ready to be bid for installation.

Nursery Visit – If requested Michael will accompany you to one or more area wholesale nurseries and describe habits, care and maintenance of suggested plant material or to allow you to personally select specimen plants for your garden. Visits will be charged at standard hourly rate.

Final Design Phase — Preparation of final custom design with plant list including names & quantities, and labeling of hardscape material will occur here. Construction documents, if necessary, will be presented at this time. Construction documents, building permits and fees are charged separately according to design contract. Present final design plan with one copy to you.
